About the club

Welcome to Huntingdon Boat Club. Situated on the river Great Ouse, 20 miles north west of Cambridge, Huntingdon is in the beautiful surroundings of Huntingdonshire.

The boat house is celebrating its 20th birthday this year and was opened on 12th December 1987 by Sir John Major, then MP for Huntingdon.

Founded in 1854, Huntingdon Boat Club is one of the oldest in the area. With an excellent piece of the River Great Ouse to row on, it makes the perfect place to learn to row and discover a new hobby.
